The instructions to put the crystals on the chandelier are bad. No picture of finished product and nowhere does it say where the 6 crystals chain to connect to. We have never put one together and your paperwork is no very good. We had to go to the web site and enlarge the pictures of the chandelier. With that said it is still not a good way of putting the crystals in the right place. We are so disappointed with the instructions. Somehow, we will figure it out but will never buy another one. Wire shape on the chandelier are bent. We think in order for the 6 crystal stran to work we have to bend them in place. I hope this doesn't cause a divorce.
